Warm fuzzy world.

I'm somewhat myopic, left eye 250 degrees, right eye 300 degrees.

Very often, I enjoy wearing my spectacles, because every time I feel threatened, unhappy or otherwise discontent, I can take my spectacles off. And the world unfocuses into a warm, fuzzy blur.

An ugly, grey concrete jungle becomes a world of massive erasers from a giant's pencil case, or big granite obscurities, or tall crystal mazes. A cloudy sky turns into a pleasant lilac blur.

Frowning commuters on the MRT become animated, amusingly speedy smudges.

And yet, recently I've begun to find my once pleasant fog disconcerting. Shadows seem to lurk in every corner. The sky is an angry purple haze.

I wear my contact lenses religiously now.

Last 2 weeks of Perth trip

I couldn't be bothered to upload the photos one by one to imageshack (sixty pictures!) so I used Flickr.

So check it out here! I captioned the photos and everything. So its just like a photoblog, except much slower to read through =p

And yes, I realise my long messy hair makes me look like a shaggy Saint Bernard or something.

Just a space-filler.

So I've been back for nearly a week. So I have lots of pics and stuff I haven't uploaded. So what?

Haha. Heres some filer till I actually do.. some pics i left out, and some vids.

We made tiramisu in the second week of Perth. JM was very good at shaping the biscuit base. Kudos.

Heres a video of JM pouring in the tiramisu mixture into his biscuitted bowl.

Thats some cajun potato wedges I made. Tasted very good. Nice and spicy, just the way I like it.
