Orientation is over!
2 1/2 weeks of exhaustion are finally over! Immediately after coming back from Bangkok, orientation started! And it was 8am-11pm every single day (or so) until yesterday. But I've finally been successfully initiated, and school starts tomorrow! Sweeeeet.
Bangkok trip was excellent! Had a lot of fun with the gang, shopping and sightseeing.
The yellow cloth was apparently for some buddhist festival I was completely unaware about.
This was the place where Mortal Kombat: The Movie was filmed!
Saw this at Chatuchak Market, thought it was a spice shop.
Turns out they were selling stones. I suspect its for decoration. If someone knows for sure what they are for, please tell me!
And I also celebrated my 21st birthday!
Granted I couldn't celebrate much because of orientation, but my parents waited up for me to cut cake. So sweet, aren't they?
And I also celebrated simultaneously with the 2k gang's july-aug babies! With Lewis and Wenyuan, in particular. 63 candles on one cake! Sweet.
Thanks to the special other people who celebrated with me too =) Love you all.
I would write about orientation now, except that what I write may land me in hot soup. And I would post pictures of the funner bits, except I don't really know my classmates well enough yet to know if they'd mind having their pictures on the net.. so thats all.
Schools starting! Yes!
